WareHouse Management

Description

This protection aims to provide an action management system, in a simple and intuitive way. With this system users can easily see the products that are in the WareHouse, as well as their delivery dates, among other options that the user may need This system intends to have statistical calculations for a better performance of the company. Having access to the history of the entire product movement, we can create a model that forecasts the evolution of sales and knows the products that are in greater demand in the future

Factory Automation

Description

The objective of this project was to automate a painting factory.
With that objective in mind we have developed a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) with the following objetctives

• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) index increase;
• Increased availability of machines and equipment and reduced breakages;
• Reduced production time and costs;
• Improving industrial productivity;

We have also devoleped a PLC program that was responsible for the control of the factory Machines
